A functional training work-out designed to strengthen tone and sculpt the body. Each class will have a different focus e.g. legs tums and bums or complete body.

Legs, Tums and Bums – not only sit ups  and leg raises, but developing a balance in the back, legs and  abdominal muscles for a stronger core.

Complete Body– utilising the arms legs and core, whiles sculpting the entire body.
