Being a gym fanatic for many years I was looking for that little something else. After years of pounding on the treadmill, cycling and rotating on a cross trainer, one day back in October 2010 Brian asked me if I was training for anything in particular, I wasn’t, I had just exercised like this for years because I hadn’t bothered to change. Brian then showed me a new way of warming up, with rotational exercises instead of my usual five minutes on the treadmill. This looked far more interesting and beneficial to me than what I had been doing for years. My husband brought me three personal training sessions with Brian for Christmas last year and I have never looked back. With a mixture of weights, rotational exercises core exercises on the ball and lots of squats and lunges. I realised that I was burning as many if not more calories by my PT sessions and my new way of training, than I was with my past exercise regime. Brian is a lovely, friendly guy who puts the enjoyment back into training. For the first time in ages I was REALLY wanting to go to the gym, not just going because I needed to. The PT Sessions have changed my physique too, I actually have abs now and after triplets never thought that would happen!!! I have also dropped a dress size too. I would recommend Personal Training with Brian to anyone, not only was Brian my PT Trainer he became a friend too.
